A circle is a group that is allowed to make the decisions about a certain topic. If someone wants to help determine those decisions, they can in principle join the circle. By not joining a circle, a rebel gives permission for the decisions that the circle makes on that subject.<\/p>\n<p>Below is an overview of all the national circles, what they do and how you can get in touch with them.
