Every six weeks, we hold a general meeting. All circles give updates on what they have been working on. Everyone is welcome to join in.
XR Nijmegen consists of several circles. Circles work towards their own goals. The circles make their own decisions autonomously from each other. There are no leaders or management.
People who are not active in a circle are also welcome to share their views. Therefore, every six weeks we organize a big assembly where everyone is welcome. Circles tell what they have been working on. If they want to gather opinions about any topic, they put that topic on the agenda.
Before the meeting, there is always an opportunity to eat together at 19:00. This so-called 'potluck' has a separate event page.
