Elke eerste maandag van de maand om 12:00 uur klinkt in heel Nederland het luchtalarm, als test voor noodsituaties. Dit moment grijpen we aan om aandacht te vragen voor de klimaat- en ecologische ramp die zich nu voltrekt. Zodra het alarm afgaat verbeelden we deze noodsituatie met een die-in (zie foto). Enkele rebellen leggen aan omstanders uit wat we doen en delen eventueel flyers uit.
Deze actie is low risk. Dat betekent dat het heel onwaarschijnlijk is dat er iemand gearresteerd wordt, want we blokkeren niets en we houden ons aan de regels.
Tijdens alle acties en bijeenkomsten van Extinction Rebellion moeten we de principes en waarden van de beweging respecteren. Anders is het namelijk geen Extinction Rebellion actie/bijeenkomst meer. Dus zorg ervoor dat je de principes en waarden begrijpt en respecteert.
De actie overeenkomst is een korte uitleg van de regels tijdens acties. Het is heel belangrijk dat we die regels niet verbreken. Want daarmee houden we elkaar veilig.
Tijdens deze specifieke actie houden we ons niet alleen aan deze regels, maar zorgen we er ook voor dat we niets blokkeren en ons netjes aan de wet houden. Als de politie ons vraagt om weg te gaan, dan doen we dat. Dat is heel belangrijk, want dan is er voor de politie geen reden om ons te arresteren.
Omdat dit een low risk actie is, kan iedereen helpen om het te organiseren. Zelfs totaal nieuwe rebellen kunnen helpen. Daarom is iedereen welkom bij de voorbereidingen. Als jij wil leren om acties te organiseren, kan dit een goede plek zijn om te beginnen!

Every first Monday of the month at 12:00 noon, the air raid siren sounds throughout the Netherlands, as a test for emergency situations. We seize this moment to draw attention to the climate and ecological disaster that is now unfolding. As soon as the alarm goes off, we depict this emergency with a die-in (see photo). Some rebels explain to bystanders what we do and possibly hand out flyers.
This action is low risk. This means that it is very unlikely that anyone will be arrested, because we do not block anything and we follow the rules.

During all Extinction Rebellion actions and meetings we must respect the principles and values of the movement. Otherwise it is no longer an Extinction Rebellion action/meeting. So make sure you understand and respect the principles and values.
The promotion agreement is a brief explanation of the rules during promotions. It is very important that we do not break those rules. Because that's how we keep each other safe.
During this specific campaign, we not only adhere to these rules, but we also ensure that we do not block anything and that we comply with the law. If the police ask us to leave, we will. That is very important, because then there is no reason for the police to arrest us.
