Dit is een 3 uur durende training in de basisprincipes van gezamenlijke besluitvorming met behulp van sociocratie, zoals gebruikt binnen XR. We verkennen de valkuilen van samenwerken en bekijken hoe sociocratie deze problemen oplost. Tijdens de training krijg je veel mogelijkheden om de theorie in praktijk te brengen. We kijken met name naar:
- Basisprincipes van sociocratie
- Consent
- Cirkelstructuur
- Rollen en rolverkiezingen
Het is een must voor elke groep die goed met elkaar wil samenwerken. Vooral nuttig voor rebellen met weinig ervaring in sociocratie, degenen die de organisatiestructuur van XR beter willen begrijpen en als je wilt beginnen met het faciliteren van vergaderingen.

For this training it is important to understand passive Dutch because the training will be given in Dutch. Additional information can be provided in English if something is not understood, and questions can be asked in English.

This is a 3 hour immersion into the basics of collaborative decision making using sociocracy, as used within XR. We will explore the pitfalls of collaborative working and look at how sociocracy resolves these issues. During the training you will get many opportunities to put the theory into practice. We will look in partiular at:
- Basic principles of sociocracy
- Consent
- Circle structure
- Roles and role elections
It is a must for any group who wishes to work well with each other. Especially useful for rebels with little experience in sociocracy, those who want to understand the organisational structure of XR better and if you want to start facilitating meetings.
