Deze training werd veel verzocht via de enquete uit de Trainingscirkel, dus hier is-ie dan! 🚀

Wil jij leren organiseren en samenwerken binnen XR? Ben je nieuw in de beweging of een ervaren rebel die steeds tegen dezelfde problemen aanloopt? Dan is deze training voor jou! In deze training leer je de basis van de sociocratische organisatievorm. Je leert o.a. over: consent besluitvorming, cirkelstructuur met dubbele verbindingen, sociocratische rollen en hoe open rollenverkiezingen plaatsvinden.

This training was much requested via the survey from the Training Circle, so here it is! 🚀

Do you want to learn how to organise and collaborate within XR? Are you new to the movement or an experienced rebel who keeps running into the same problems? Then this training is for you! In this training you will learn the basics of the sociocratic organisation form. Among other things, you will learn about: consent decision-making, circle structure with double connections, sociocratic roles and how sociocratic elections for these roles take place.
